Entre "Kaboom" et "Gummo", un film curieux, étrange, absurde
Réalisé par Chad Ferrin, l’auteur du sympathique mais fauché “Urban cannibals” et “Easter bunny kill! ““Someone’s knocking at the door” s’avére être beaucoup plus abouti et nous offre une intrigue-fleuve qui multipliera les idées bien barrées et parfois déviantes. Six étudiants en médecine qui vont absorber une drogue d’un genre nouveau, aux conséquences désastreuses. Rien ne va plus pour un groupe d’amis. Après que l’un d’eux fut violé et sodomisé à mort par un homme au pénis démesuré, notre petit groupe de sympathiques camés tente de se consoler mutuellement. Mais lorsqu’ils seront interrogés par la police, des questions seront soulevées, des amitiés se briseront, tandis que le tueur sodomite frappe encore…
