Anthologie des meilleurs sketches de l'émission "Monthy Python's Flying Circus"
C’est en 1969 que John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Graham Chapman, Michael Palin, Eric Idle et Terry Jones se sont rassemblés pour former le très fameux groupe des Monty Python. La chaîne BBC leur propose alors d’avoir leur propre émission, “The Monty Python’s Flying Circus”, diffusée entre 1969 et 1973, et qui sera un véritable triomphe. Le premier opus des 5 anglais totalement azimutés qui ont révolutionné le rire au cinéma. Une suite de gags sur le fameux “non-sense” britannique, cette “Première Folie des Monty Python” est le tout premier délire des créateurs de “Sacré Graal”, “Le Sens De La Vie”, “La Vie De Brian” etc… En complément de programme, un court métrage allemand expérimental et interactif de Zoltan Spirandelli à ne pas manquer : “Le Coq Est Mort”.
