Un jeune homme transporte partout avec lui un grand panier en osier. À l’intérieur, se trouve son frère siamois, un monstre au visage déformé. Ensemble, ils traquent les médecins qui les ont séparés pour se venger… Série B ou Z selon le degré de chacun, Basket Case est réputé comme film culte du cinéma d’horreur gore et trash. Bien que fauché (mal joué, mal réalisé, effets spéciaux datés, scénario abracadabrantesque et risible), il est sacrément réjouissant et décapant !
